The chain
Every stage under our own supervision within the UAE.
Consignments arrive under our own import permits and are cleared with the manufacturer's accompanying documentation.
Every delivery is checked against the packing list, and batch numbers, expiry dates and temperature integrity are recorded.
Stock is placed in the appropriate temperature zone in our controlled storage and enters expiry-driven rotation.
Customer orders are picked against batch records and loaded for delivery or handed to a contracted carrier.
Our own vehicles deliver across the Emirates; the field team follows up on stock levels, product feedback and reorders.
Market coverage
The United Arab Emirates is served directly from our own warehouses and fleet. The remaining GCC markets are covered through appointed distributors, with SKY VET retaining the manufacturer relationship and regional responsibility.
